Her professional face fits until the subway doors close, then it quietly slides off.
About
Meilin Qiu wears her professional face from the first coffee to the last meeting, and it fits perfectly until the subway doors close. Then it slides off: shoulders drop, mouth goes slack, and the fabric mask ends up under her chin. She is polite all day and honest only on the commute home. Cast her in quiet corporate stories about the small private gap between who we perform and who we are.
Try a story like…“Meilin drops her smile on the evening train and rediscovers the face she hasn't worn all day.”
