Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds

1. Overview
Comistitch processes all payments through our merchant of record partner. This refund policy applies to all subscription plans and credit pack purchases made through the Comistitch platform.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the conditions below or contact us at support@comistitch.com.
2. Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings or the billing customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not consumed more than 50% of your allocated credits for that period, you are eligible for a full refund of the most recent subscription charge.
Refund requests after 14 days or after consuming more than 50% of credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds where significant service usage has occurred.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
If you purchased a credit pack in error and have not used any of the credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@comistitch.com.
4. Failed Generations
If a comic page generation fails due to a system error, the credits consumed by that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.
If you believe credits were deducted without a corresponding generation result, contact support@comistitch.com with your account email and approximate date/time of the issue.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@comistitch.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address, the purchase date, and the reason for your request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
